2004 SEWER BOND CONSTRUCTION FUND

3.16.010 Fund created.
There is hereby created a special Fund No. 362, 2004 sewer bond construction fund, that shall be used for the purpose of receiving and accumulating funds, to make payment on eligible claims as they become due, and to account for the related assets and liabilities of the projects during the construction phase. (Ord. 1403 § 2, 2004).
3.16.020 Accounting.
The city shall keep such books, accounts, and records necessary to administer and report the financial activities of the 2004 sewer bond construction fund. (Ord. 1403 § 3, 2004).
3.16.030 Use restricted.
Any withdrawals or expenditures from said 2004 sewer bond construction fund shall be made only upon approved vouchers of the city for the purpose established for said fund. (Ord. 1403 § 4, 2004).
