CREATIVE ARTS FUND

3.26.010 Creative arts fund created.
There is hereby created a special Oak Harbor Municipal Fund No. 115 entitled “creative arts fund” to be used as a fund to be expended to promote the following goals:
(1) Foster arts and cultural programs for the enrichment of the city and its citizens.
(2) Foster the development of a local arts community.
(3) Coordinate and strengthen new and existing art organizations and develop cooperation with regional entities.
(4) Develop a program for public art.
(5) Further the vision of Oak Harbor as a vibrant and progressive community. (Ord. 1871 § 1, 2019; Ord. 1501 § 2, 2007).
3.26.020 Accounting.
The city shall keep such books, accounts, and records necessary to administer and report the financial activities of the creative arts fund. (Ord. 1871 § 1, 2019; Ord. 1501 § 3, 2007).
3.26.030 Use restricted.
Any withdrawals or expenditures from the creative arts fund shall be made only upon approved vouchers of the city for the purposes established for said fund. (Ord. 1871 § 1, 2019; Ord. 1501 § 4, 2007).
