LOCAL GOVERNMENT INVESTMENT POOL

3.66.010 Funds investment.
The city of Oak Harbor authorizes the deposit and withdrawal of moneys from any fund of the city of Oak Harbor in the Local Government Investment Pool in the State Treasury in accordance with Chapter 29, Laws of 1986, for the purpose of investment as stated therein. (Ord. 751 § 1, 1986).
3.66.020 Official authorization.
The clerk/treasurer shall be authorized to order the deposit or withdrawal of moneys in the Local Government Investment Pool. (Ord. 751 § 2, 1986).
