CITY OFFICE HOURS

A. City Hall shall generally be open for the transaction of business with the public from the hours of eight a.m. to five p.m., Monday through Friday, except for holidays.
B. The utility billing office, municipal court, and permit office shall generally be open for the transaction of business with the public from the hours of eight a.m. to four p.m., Monday through Friday, except for holidays.
C. The finance department offices shall generally be open for the transaction of business with the public from the hours of eight a.m. to four p.m., Monday through Friday, except for holidays.

2.20.020 Library.
The library shall be open for the transaction of business with the public as determined by the library board of trustees with the concurrence of the city council. (Ord. 447 § 3, 1987)
2.20.030 Police and fire department offices.
A. The police department business office shall be kept open for the transaction of business with the public from eight a.m. to four p.m., Monday through Friday, except for holidays.
B. The fire department business office shall be kept open for the transaction of business with the public from eight a.m. to four p.m., Monday through Friday, except for holidays.
