Pursuant to RCW 35.21.180, the city of Okanogan does hereby adopt by reference the provisions of Chapter 47.50 RCW and of Chapters 468-51 and 468-52 WAC promulgated pursuant to said Chapter 47.50 RCW, together with any revisions to said chapters of the Washington Administrative Code which may, after the adoption of the ordinance codified in this chapter, be adopted by the state. 12.32.020 Project permits processing.
Project permits shall be processed in the procedures described in Chapter 18.100 OMC. (Ord. 889 § 1, 2000)
12.32.030 Appeals processing.
The city council shall be the appeals hearing board for decisions and interpretations of the permit administrator pursuant to the application of this title. Appeals shall be processed in the procedures described in Chapter 18.112 OMC. (Ord. 889 § 1, 2000)
