2.48.010 Established.
It is resolved by the boards of county commissioners of Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Grant, and Okanogan Counties jointly and severally that the Intercounty Rural Library District comprising the rural areas of the abovenamed five counties is declared to be duly organized in accordance with RCW 27.12.100. (Res. Q-101, 1960).
