WATER CONSERVANCY BOARD

2.92.010 Creation.
The creation of an Okanogan County water conservancy board is hereby approved. (Res. 10-2000 § 1, 2000).
2.92.020 Funding.
The funding of the activities of the Okanogan County water conservancy board shall be through funding mechanisms developed by said board as determined by the water conservancy board commissioners from the following sources: administrative processing fees, including initial application processing fees, reimbursement for costs associated with any data collection, investigations and decision-making pertaining to an application, and grants, or a combination thereof. (Res. 10-2000 § 2, 2000).
2.92.030 Bylaws.
A copy of the Okanogan County water conservancy board’s proposed bylaws shall be attached to the resolution codified in this section and marked Appendix A1. (Res. 10-2000 § 3, 2000).
Appendix A, containing the water conservancy board bylaws, is available for public use and examination by at the office of the clerk of the board of county commissioners.
