8.64.010 Established.
An emergency medical service (EMS) district is established within all unincorporated areas lying within the Tonasket School District No. 404, pursuant to RCW 36.32.470 and RCW 36.32.480 for the purpose of providing emergency medical services for all residences within the proposed emergency medical service district. (Ord. 2003-4 § 1, 2003).
8.64.020 Boundaries.
The boundaries of the EMSD shall be coextensive with the boundaries of the portion of School District No. 404 lying within the unincorporated area of Okanogan County and shall include the incorporated city of Tonasket, by reason of Resolution 2003-07 of the city council of that city to be included in this EMS district.
