2.36.010 Generally.
The clerk-treasurer, deputy clerk, city attorney, chief of police and all police officers shall each, before entering upon the duties of their respective offices, take an oath of office and execute and file with the clerk-treasurer such bond as may be required by the statutes of the state of Washington.
