DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS*

9.88.010 Unlawful.
It is unlawful for any person or persons to fire or discharge any gun, rifle, fowling piece, pistol or other firearm within the limits of the city, without having first obtained the consent and permission of the city council to do so. [1919 Comp. §129].
