USE OF PAVED STREETS*

12.08.010 Machinery with cleated or spiked wheels.

It is unlawful for any person or persons to drive, propel, draw or move on, along, over or across the paved portion of any street, any tractor, engine, separator or other heavy machine, machinery or implement having cleats, spikes or other attachments, fixed or detachable, upon the outer surface of the wheels of any of the wheels thereof, without first removing all such cleats, spikes or other attachments or placing heavy plank on the surface of the street and running the wheels thereon so that the spikes, cleats or other attachments shall not come in contact with the paved surface of the street. 12.08.030 Rubbish on streets – Prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to throw, sweep, wash, cast or deposit into or upon the paved portion of any street, any paper, cloth, ashes, sawdust, sweepings, trash, rubbish or other waste material of any kind or character, or to burn any such materials on the paved portion of any street.
