1.16.010 Established.
The Quad City Herald, a weekly newspaper of general circulation, is established and declared to be the official city paper of the city.
All ordinances, resolutions, notices and all city printing hereafter ordered to be published by the city council of the city, authorized to be published by the ordinances of the city, or by the laws of the state of Washington shall be published in the official city paper of the city.
