REAL ESTATE EXCISE TAX

3.12.010 Imposed.
The city of Pomeroy, as authorized by RCW 82.46.010, imposes an excise tax on each sale of real property in the corporate limits of the city, at a rate of one-quarter of one percent of the selling price. (Ord. 645 §1, 1985).
