COMMUNITY EVENTS FUND

3.56.030 Authorization for disbursement of funds.
3.56.010 Created.
There is created a community events fund into which moneys shall be placed as received from hotel/motel transient (stadium) tax Chapter 67.28 RCW for use in community events. (Ord. 1254 § 1, 1983).
3.56.020 Placement of moneys.
The finance director of the city is directed to place said moneys into a special revenue fund entitled the “community events fund.” (Ord. 017-23 § 4 (Exh. A); Ord. 1254 § 2, 1983).
3.56.030 Authorization for disbursement of funds.
Disbursements from said fund by the finance director shall be made upon proper authorization by the mayor and city council. (Ord. 017-23 § 4; Ord. 1254 § 3, 1983).
