COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

20.03.010 Adopted.
The city of Port Orchard has adopted by ordinance a comprehensive plan to guide the future development of the city and to provide a policy basis for the development regulations set forth in this title. The comprehensive plan itself is not codified herein, but may be viewed on the city’s website or in person at the office of the city clerk. (Ord. 019-17 § 18 (Exh. 1)).
20.03.020 Filing required.
Three copies of the comprehensive plan shall be on file with the city clerk and shall be open to public inspection. (Ord. 019-17 § 18 (Exh. 1)).
