Article I. General Facility Fees
13.90.110 Water.

13.90.120 Wastewater.
The general facility fee for wastewater shall be as set forth in Section 3.12.100(A). (Ord. 2003-16 § 33 (part), 2003: Ord. 2002-29 § 2 (part), 2002)
13.90.130 Stormwater.
The general facility fee for stormwater shall be as set forth in Section 3.12.100(A). (Ord. 2016-14 § 1 (part), 2016)
Article II. Front Footage Fees
13.90.210 Water.

13.90.220 Wastewater.

Article III. Connection Fees/Inspection Fees1
13.90.310 Property owner installed services (contractor).
The connection/inspection fees for property owner installed services shall be as set forth in Section 3.12.100(C)(1). (Ord. 2003-16 § 33 (part), 2003: Ord. 2002-29 § 2 (part), 2002)
13.90.320 Municipal installed services.

13.90.510 Water service rates.

13.90.610 Wastewater service rates.

13.90.620 Marine pump out station rates.

13.90.630 Bulk transport rate.

13.90.640 Wastewater service penalty (nonconnected services).

13.90.650 Wastewater service rate—Unmetered service.

Article VI. Service Rates—Stormwater
13.90.710 Stormwater service rates.
The monthly stormwater service rates established on or after January 1, 2003, shall be as set forth in Section 3.12.100(F). (Ord. 2003-16 § 33 (part), 2003: Ord. 2002-29 § 2 (part), 2002)
Article VII. Miscellaneous Fees and Charges
13.90.810 Service fee—Utility billing.
The service fee for account maintenance performed in the city’s utility billing department offices is as set forth in the utility fee and rate schedule in Section 3.12.100(G)(1). (Ord. 2003-33 § 11, 2003: Ord. 2003-16 § 33 (part), 2003: Ord. 2002-29 § 2 (part), 2002)
13.90.820 Stormwater plan check fees.
Plan check fees for stormwater shall be as set forth in Section 3.12.100(G)(3). All fees shall be paid upon permit application. (Ord. 2003-16 § 33 (part), 2003: Ord. 2002-29 § 2 (part), 2002)
13.90.830 Stormwater inspection fees.
Stormwater inspection fees are established as set forth in Section 3.12.100(G)(4). The inspection fees shall be paid upon approval of drainage plans and prior to site work. (Ord. 2003-16 § 33 (part), 2003: Ord. 2002-29 § 2 (part), 2002)
13.90.850 Stormwater building permit fee.
A stormwater building permit fee shall be as set forth in Section 3.12.100(G)(5). (Ord. 2003-16 § 33 (part), 2003: Ord. 2002-29 § 2 (part), 2002)
13.90.860 Service charges—Field.
The fees for service calls to the served premises are as set forth in Section 3.12.100(G)(6). (Ord. 2003-16 § 33 (part), 2003: Ord. 2002-29 § 2 (part), 2002)
