1.12.010 Described.

A seal, the impression of which is as follows: In the center the word “SEAL,” and around the outer edge the words “The city of Prosser, State of Washington,” shall be and is declared to be the seal of the city. (Ord. 226 § 2, 1916; Ord. 1 § 1, 1899).

1.12.020 Keeping and use by city clerk.

The seal of the city shall be kept by the city clerk, and be by him affixed to all ordinances, proceedings, papers, bonds or other documents required to be so authenticated. (Ord. 226 § 3, 1916; Ord. 1 § 2, 1899).

1.12.030 Use of former seal ratified.

The use and impress heretofore lawfully made of the seal now in the custody of the clerk of the city, having in the center the word “SEAL,” and around the outer edge the words “Town of Prosser, State of Washington,” as provided by Ordinance No. 1 of the city, passed and approved March 20, 1899, in the official authentication of any and all ordinances, proceedings, papers, bonds or other documents of the city is ratified, approved and con- firmed, and any and all ordinances, proceedings, papers, bonds or other documents of the city heretofore lawfully authenticated with the said seal are declared to bear the official seal of the city.
