ADVANCE TRAVEL EXPENSE REVOLVING FUND

3.02.020 Amount establishing fund.
3.02.010 Established.
There is established in the budgets of the city an advance travel expense revolving fund. The establishment and control of the advance travel expense revolving fund shall be pursuant to RCW 42.24.120, and the rules and regulations prescribed by the Office of State Auditor, and shall be for the sole purpose of making advances for travel expenses to officers and employees of municipal corporations and other political subdivisions. (Ord. 1205 § 1, 1981).
3.02.020 Amount establishing fund.
The total amount of the advance travel expense revolving fund shall be the sum of one thousand dollars. (Ord. 2254 § 1, 2001: Ord. 1205 § 2, 1981).
3.02.030 Policy regulations.
The city’s local regulation of policy is as follows:
A. The city shall pay travel expense only for travel authorized in advance by the department head, city clerk/finance director, and/or city administrator. (Ord. 2254 § 2, 2001: Ord. 1205 § 3, 1981).
3.02.040 Custodian.
The custodian of the advance travel expense revolving fund shall be the city clerk/finance director. (Ord. 2254 § 3, 2001: Ord. 1205 § 4, 1981).
