LOCAL IMPROVEMENT GENERAL FUND*

3.12.010 Established—Payment of moneys.

There is established in the city treasury a fund to be known as the “local improvement general fund,” into which may be paid or transferred from time to time by the city treasurer on the order of the city council any balance remaining in the fund of any local improvement district after the payment of the whole cost and expense of such improvement and such other moneys as he may be authorized by existing laws or be hereafter authorized by law to pay into such fund, the moneys in such fund to be paid out as the city council may direct in accordance with law.
