ANTIRECESSIONAL FUND

3.44.010 Established.
There is established in the 1977 budget of the city the antirecessional fund. (Ord. 1031 § 1, 1977).
3.44.020 Purpose.
The amounts and purposes for which the city plans to spend or obligate antirecessional funds received for the years 1976 and 1977, which are found to be priority and necessary expenditures, and as intended and qualified for such funds, are for street construction within the city. (Ord. 1031 § 3, 1977).
