It is unlawful for any person to park, lead, drive, ride or propel any team, wagon, animal or vehicle other than a bicycle or similar vehicle within, upon or along any bicycle path constructed within the corporate limits of the city excepting at suitable crossings to be provided in the construction and regulation of such paths. (Ord. 1422 §§ 1, 4 (part), 1989).
10.06.020 Prohibited acts—Pedestrian paths.
It is unlawful for any person to park, lead, drive, ride or propel any team, wagon, animal or vehicle other than a bicycle or similar vehicle, within, upon or along any pedestrian path constructed within or without the corporate limits of the city excepting at suitable crossings to be provided in the construction of such paths. (Ord. 1422 §§ 2, 4 (part), 1989).
10.06.030 Violation—Penalty.
Any violation of this chapter shall constitute a traffic infraction, with monetary penalties as such, as provided in Chapter 46.63 RCW and as the same may be hereafter amended or revised. (Ord. 1422 §§ 3, 4 (part), 1989).
