PENALTY FOR VIOLATION

10.72.010 Penalties.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided by law, every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this title shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.00 or by imprisonment for not more than 180 days or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 1522 § 94, 1968).
