15.06.010 International Residential Code adopted.
The International Residential Code, 2018 Edition, as amended by Washington State Code Council, excluding Chapters 11 and 25 through 43, published by the International Code Council, and as further amended in this chapter, is hereby adopted as the residential building code for the City. 15.06.020 Scope.
The provisions of the International Residential Code shall regulate and govern the construction, alteration, movement, enlargement, replacement, repair, equipment, location, removal and demolition of detached one and two family dwellings and multiple single family dwellings (townhouses) not more than three stories in height with separate means of egress as herein provided, and shall provide for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefore. 15.06.030 Sections amended.
The following sections of the International Residential Code, 2012 Edition, shall be amended as follows:
1. Section 101.1: Insert "City of Quincy";
2. Section 2603: Insert "30 inches" and "30 inches"; and
