The Uniform Plumbing Code, 2021 Edition including Appendices A, B, I and M, published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO), and as amended by the Washington State Code Council in Chapter 51-56 WAC, and as further amended in this chapter, is hereby adopted as the plumbing code for the City. 15.16.030 Scope.
The provisions of the Uniform Plumbing Code shall regulate and govern the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of plumbing systems, and shall provide for issuance of permits and the collection of fees therefor.
