FISCAL PROVISIONS GENERALLY

The town clerk-treasurer is designated as the town investment officer. (Ord. 215, 1984)
3.04.020 Payroll procedures.
A. The town shall have one draw period and one pay period per month for its employees.
B. The draw amount for each employee will be fifty percent of the normal net pay of the employee less adjustments for leave without pay.
C. The draw date shall be at the end of the working day on the 16th day of the month. If said day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it shall be paid at the end of Friday’s working day. (Ord. 279 §§ 1, 2, 3, 1988)
