The City Hall of the city shall be open to conduct business of the city and be appropriately staffed for such purpose on a daily basis Monday through Friday during the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excepting legal holidays as set forth in RCW 1.16.050 and RMC 2.50.010. (Ord. 1725 § 1, 2007)
