15.40.010 Intent.

A. Areas designated as Conservation areas within the city of Raymond are generally wetlands. It is the intent of this designation to protect and manage these environmentally sensitive areas by not allowing new construction to occur.

B. Limited recreation and agricultural uses may be permitted.

C. Uses shall be consistent with:

1. The latest version of the city of Raymond shoreline master program (see Chapter 15.14 RMC);

2. Chapter 15.16 RMC (Development in flood areas); and

3. Pacific County’s resource lands and critical areas ordinance. (Ord. 1593, 1998)
