SEAL

1.04.010 Seal.
A seal two inches in diameter, consisting of an upper case “R,” incorporating a river and a sun within the R, and including the words “Richland, Washington” and the numbers “1958,” shall be and is hereby adopted as the seal of the city of Richland. [Ord. 114 § 1.01; Ord. 03-01].
1.04.020 Procurement – Custody.
The city clerk is authorized and directed to procure, maintain and be the custodian of the seal of the city of Richland. [Ord. 114 § 1.02; Ord. 03-01].
