1.04.010 Regular meetings – When held.
The regular meeting of the city council of the city of Ritzville shall be held on the first and third Tuesday of each month and shall convene at the hour of 7:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time or Pacific Daylight Time, whichever is in effect, commencing with the first meeting in September, 1978; provided, however, that when a regular meeting date falls on a holiday, the meeting shall be rescheduled to a date determined by the mayor. 1.04.020 Special meetings.
Special meetings of the council may be called at any time, as provided by law. (Ord. 389 § 3, 1949).
1.04.030 Meeting place.
The place for council meetings shall be in the council chambers in the municipal building, located at 216 E. Main Avenue, more particularly described as follows:
The North Half of Lot 2 and all of Lots 3 through 5, Block 7, Original Ritzville.
