PARKING PROHIBITIONS

8.20.010 Parking on certain streets – When prohibited.
A. No Parking on Columbia Street. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons operating any automobile, truck or other motor vehicle or any other sort of conveyance to park, during any hours the day, on any day of any year on:
1. Either side of Columbia Street, between railroad tracks and First Avenue.
B. No Parking on Division Street. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons operating any automobile, truck or other motor vehicle or any other sort of conveyance to park during any hours of the day of any year on:
1. The east side of South Division Street between Bauman Road and Tenth Avenue.
2. The entrance into the city park located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Division Street and Eighth Avenue.
3. The east side of North Division Street between Cherry and Dogwood. (Little League ballfield).
C. No Parking on Fairway Avenue. It shall be unlawful for any person operating an automobile, truck or other motor vehicle or any other sort of conveyance to park during any hours of the day on any day of any year on:
1. Either side of Fairway Avenue beginning at the intersection of Weber Road and Fairway Avenue continuing along the first 100 feet or to the first established driveway, whichever is greater. Then continuing along the north (golf course) side of Fairway Avenue to the established culvert located approximately 600 feet to the west.
D. No Parking on Broadway Avenue. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons operating any automobile, truck or other motor vehicle or any other sort of conveyance to park, during any hours of the day, on any day of any year:
1. Parallel to the curb on either side of West Broadway Avenue between Adams Street and Division Street.
E. No Parking on First Avenue. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons operating any automobile, truck or other motor vehicle or any other sort of conveyance to park, during any hours of the day, on any day of any year:
1. Either side of East First Avenue, between Division Street and Chelan Street.
F. No Parking on Weber Avenue. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons operating any automobile, truck or other motor vehicle or any other sort of conveyance to park, during any hours of the day, on any day of any year:
1. Parallel to the curb on the north side of West Weber Avenue between Fairway Street and Jackson Street.
G. No Parking on Galbreath Way. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons operating any automobile, truck or other motor vehicle or any other sort of conveyance to park, during any hours of the day, on any day of any year:
1. Either side of Galbreath Way between Weber Avenue to the south end of Galbreath Way.
H. No Parking on Washington Street. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons operating any automobile, truck or other motor vehicle or any other sort of conveyance to park, during any hours of the day, on any day of any year:
1. Parallel to the curb on the east side of Washington Street between Main Avenue and Railroad Avenue.
I. No Parking on Wellsandt Avenue. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons operating any automobile, truck or other motor vehicle or any other sort of conveyance to park, during any hours of the day, on any day of any year:
1. Parallel to the curb on either side of East Wellsandt Avenue between Chelan Street and Bauman Street. (Ord. 2153 § 1, 2021; Ord. 2067 § 1, 2013; Ord. 2014 § 2, 2007).
8.20.020 Violation – Penalty.
Any person violating the parking space restrictions shall be guilty of an infraction and subject to a fine of $25.00. (Ord. 2153 § 1, 2021; Ord. 2067 § 1, 2013; Ord. 346 § 2, 1940).
