PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES PARKING

8.24.010 Main Avenue and Adams Street.
The council of the city of Ritzville does hereby establish as people with disabilities parking the first parking space immediately east of the intersection of Main Avenue and Adams Street on the north side of West Main Avenue and fronting Lot 10 of Block Three, Original Town of Ritzville. (Ord. 2153 § 2, 2021; Ord. 2014 § 3, 2007; Ord. 732 § 2, 1984).
8.24.020 Main Avenue and Division Street.
The council of the city of Ritzville does hereby establish as people with disabilities parking the first parking space immediately west of the intersection of Main Avenue and Division Street on the north side of West Main Avenue and fronting Lot 6 of Block Four, Original Town of Ritzville. (Ord. 2153 § 2, 2021; Ord. 2014 § 3, 2007; Ord. 864 § 2, 1992).
8.24.030 Main Avenue and Washington Street – Lot 10.
The council of the city of Ritzville does hereby establish as people with disabilities parking the first parking space immediately east of the intersection of Main Avenue and Washington Street on the north side of West Main Avenue and fronting Lot 10 of Block Four, Original Town of Ritzville. (Ord. 2153 § 2, 2021; Ord. 2014 § 4, 2007).
8.24.040 Main Avenue and Washington Street – Lot 6.
The council of the city of Ritzville does hereby establish as people with disabilities parking the first parking space immediately west of the intersection of Main Avenue and Washington Street on the north side of West Main Avenue and fronting Lot 6 of Block Three, Original Town of Ritzville. (Ord. 2153 § 2, 2021; Ord. 2014 § 4, 2007).
8.24.050 Main Avenue and Division Street –Lot 10.
The council of the city of Ritzville does hereby establish as people with disabilities parking the first parking space immediately east of the intersection of Main Avenue and Division Street on the north side of East Main Avenue and fronting Lot 10 of Block Five, Original Town of Ritzville. (Ord. 2153 § 2, 2021).
8.24.060 Main Avenue and Columbia Street – Lot 6.
The council of the city of Ritzville does hereby establish as people with disabilities parking the first parking space immediately west of the intersection of Main Avenue and Columbia Street on the north side of West Main Avenue and fronting Lot 6 of Block Five, Original Town of Ritzville. (Ord. 2153 § 2, 2021).
8.24.070 Violation – Penalty.
Any unauthorized use of any designated people with disabilities parking spaces shall be guilty of an infraction and subject to a fine of $150.00. (Ord. 2153 § 2, 2021).
