8.25.010 Littering unlawful – When.
It shall be unlawful for any person, either in sport or otherwise, to throw or cast upon any person, street or sidewalk, in the city of Roslyn, Kittitas County, state of Washington, any of the mixture or preparation called confetti, or any other mixture, preparation or compound of like character. 8.25.020 Handbills.
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to cause to be posted, thrown or deposited upon any street, alley or public place or in or upon any vehicle thereon or upon any private property in the city of Roslyn any advertising materials, samples, handbills, circulars, booklets, paper or other loose advertising material of any kind and description. Nothing in this section shall prevent such placing of material described above if separate prior approval has been obtained in each instance and if all other applicable ordinances are complied with. 8.25.030 Penalty.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500.00. [Ord. 829 § 1, 1996; Ord. 151 § 2, 1906.]
