12.40.010 Unlawful destruction.
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, to raise, lower, take up, remove, destroy or change in any manner, any sidewalk or part thereof, street or alley crossing or part thereof, in or on any sidewalk, street or alley, within the corporate limits of the city of Roslyn, Kittitas County, Washington, without first having obtained a permit so to do, from the city council of said city. 12.40.020 Penalties.
Any person or persons who shall violate any of the provisions of RMC 10.40.010 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than $5.00 nor more than $75.00. [Ord. 108 § 2, 1899.]
