PORTS AND PORT DISTRICTS

2.68.010 Port of Friday Harbor.
2.68.010 Port of Friday Harbor.
The port of Friday Harbor, with boundaries coextensive with the boundaries of San Juan Island, is established, comprised of three districts, each of which shall have a commissioner, as follows:
A. District Number One. All of Sections 13 and 15 lying southeasterly of Spring Street in the town of Friday Harbor, and Spring Street extended; also Section 24, all in Township 35 N, Range 3 W, W.M.; also, all that portion of San Juan Island lying within Township 35 N, Range 2 W, W.M.
B. District Number Two. All of Sections 13 and 14 lying northwesterly of Spring Street in the Town of Friday Harbor, and Spring Street extended; also, all of Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15 and 16, all in Township 35 N, Range 3 W, W.M.
C. District Number Three. Remainder of San Juan Island.

2.68.020 Port of Orcas.
The port of Orcas, with boundaries coextensive with the boundaries of Orcas Island, is established, comprised of three districts, each of which shall have a commissioner, as follows:
A. District Number One. The voting precinct of Eastsound.
B. District Number Two. The voting precinct of Deer Harbor, West Sound and Orcas.
C. District Number Three. The voting precinct of Olga and Doe Bay.

2.68.030 Port of Lopez.
The port of Lopez, with boundaries coextensive with the boundaries of Lopez Island, is established, comprised of three districts, each of which shall have a commissioner, as follows:
A. District Number One.
Beginning at the west centerline of Section 10, Township 35 North, Range 2 West, W.M. where the said line intersects with the meander line; thence east along the centerline of Sections 10 and 11 to the center of Section 11; thence south along the centerlines of Sections 11, 14, 23 and 26 to the south line of Section 26; thence east and along the south lines of Sections 26 and 25, said section, Township and Range; thence on and along the south line of Section 30, Township 35 North, Range 1 West W.M. to the line of ordinary high tide.
B. District Number Two.
Beginning at the west centerline of Section 10, Township 35 North, Range 2 West, W.M., where the said line intersects with the meander line; thence east along the centerlines of Sections 10 and 11 to the center of Section 11; thence south along the centerline of Sections 11, 14, 23 and 26 to the south line of Section 26; thence east to the east line of Section 35 to the southeast corner of Section 35; thence west and along the south lines of Sections 33, 34 and 35 to the line of ordinary high tide.
C. District Number Three.
Beginning at a corner where the south line of Section 33 intersects with the west meander line, Township 35 North, Range 2 West, W.M.; thence east and along the south lines of Sections 33, 34 and 35 to the southeast corner of Section 35; thence north and along the east section line of said Section 35 to the northeast corner of Section 35; thence east along the north line of Section 36; thence on and continuing easterly and along the north line of Section 31 to the meander line, Township 35 North, Range 1 West, W.M.
