15.125.005 Violations
Any person or entity who violates any provision of this chapter, or the provisions of any procedures adopted hereunder, shall be subject to code enforcement action and a civil penalty as set forth in Chapter 10.05 SMC, Code Compliance Procedures. (Ord. 26-1003 § 22; Ord. 15-1018 § 1)
