6.12.010 Commissioner’s District No. 1.

Commissioner’s District No. 1 is declared to be duly organized.

The boundaries of said district are hereby established as follows:

Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Alger Cain Lake Road and the north boundary line of Skagit County;

thence south along the centerline of the Alger Cain Lake Road to its intersection with the centerline of Alger CCC Road;

thence south along the centerline of the Alger CCC Road to its intersection with the centerline of Butler Creek Road;

thence south along the centerline of Butler Creek Road to its intersection with the centerline of Parson Creek Road;

thence east along the centerline of Parson Creek Road to its intersection with the centerline of Prairie Road;

thence south along the centerline of Prairie Road to its intersection with the centerline of Grip Road;

thence south along the centerline of Grip Road to its intersection with the east line of Section 4, T35N R04E, W.M.;

thence south to the centerline of Cook Road;

thence west along the centerline of Cook Road to its intersection with the centerline of Interstate Highway 5;

thence south along the centerline of Interstate Highway 5 to its intersection with the south line of the northeast 1/4 of Section 30, T35N R04E, W.M.;

thence east to the west city limit boundary of the City of Burlington;

thence south along the west city limit boundary of the City of Burlington to its intersection with the centerline of Interstate Highway 5, said intersection also being a point along the centerline of the Skagit River;

thence south along said centerline of Interstate Highway 5 to its intersection with the centerline of N. 2nd Street;

thence south along said centerline of N. 2nd Street to its intersection with the centerline of State Route 536;

thence west along said centerline of State Route 536 to its intersection with the centerline of the Skagit River;

thence south along the centerline of the Skagit River to its intersection with the centerline of the North Fork of the Skagit River;

thence west along the centerline of the North Fork of the Skagit River if extended, to the west boundary line of Skagit County, located in Skagit Bay;

thence northerly and easterly along said boundary line of Skagit County to the point of beginning.

6.12.020 Commissioner’s District No. 2.

Commissioner’s District No. 2 is declared to be duly organized.

The boundaries of said district are hereby established as follows:

Commencing at the southeast corner of Section 36, T33N R06E, W.M., said corner also being a point lying on the south boundary line of Skagit County;

thence north to the northeast corner of Section 24, T34N R06E, W.M.;

thence west to the centerline of Knapp Road;

thence west along the centerline of Knapp Road to its intersection with the centerline of the abandoned Seattle Lake Shore and Eastern RR;

thence northwesterly along the centerline of the abandoned Seattle Lake Shore and Eastern RR to its intersection with the centerline of State Route 9;

thence north along the centerline of State Route 9 to its intersection with the centerline of Nookachamps Creek;

thence north along the centerline of Nookachamps Creek to its intersection with the east line of Section 4, T34N R04E, W.M.;

thence north along the east lines of Section 4, T34N R04E, W.M. and Section 33 T35N R04E, W.M. to its intersection with the centerline of the Skagit River;

thence west along the centerline of the Skagit River to its intersection with the centerline of Interstate Highway 5, located in Section 7, T34N R04E, W.M.;

thence south along said centerline of Interstate Highway 5 to its intersection with the centerline of N. 2nd Street;

Commissioner’s District No. 3 is declared to be duly organized.

The boundaries of said district are hereby established as follows:

Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Alger Cain Lake Road and the north boundary line of Skagit County;

Thence south along the centerline of the Alger Cain Lake Road to its intersection with the centerline of Alger CCC Road;

thence south along the centerline of the Alger CCC Road to its intersection with the centerline of Butler Creek Road;

thence south along the centerline of Butler Creek Road to its intersection with the centerline of Parson Creek Road;

thence east along the centerline of Parson Creek Road to its intersection with the centerline of Prairie Road;

thence south along the centerline of Prairie Road to its intersection with the centerline of Grip Road;
