URINATION OR DEFECATION IN PUBLIC

9.36.010 Prohibited.
It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate in a public place, or to urinate or defecate in a place exposed to the view of the public. That the act was not actually viewed by another is not a defense. This section does not apply to acts committed in a public or private restroom facility. (Ord. 12218, 1989)
9.36.020 Violation—Penalty.
Any person violating this chapter or any provisions thereof shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 12218, 1989)
