COUNTY PARKING RESTRICTIONS

It is unlawful to park or leave unattended any motor vehicle in any of the following areas in the county, to wit:
(a) On the following described portion of the Blue Heron Road No. 3841; The E 175 feet of the roadway and cul‑de‑sac all lying in the SE 1/4 of Section 25, Township 36 N, R 2 E.W.M., Skagit County, Washington. (Ord. 7244, 1977, 46 CJ)
(b) On the W side of the LaConner ‑ Samish Extension Road No. LXIV in the vicinity of Bayview. (Ord. 2315, 1957; 28 CJ 304)
(c) On the following described area along Hart Lake Road; Beginning at the intersection of the Hart Lake Road No. 2 and the Hart Lake Fisheries Access Road; thence S along the W side of said Hart Lake Road for a distance of 2,000 feet, all of the above property lying in the W 1/2 of Section 36, Township 35 N, R 1 E.W.M. (d) On Samish Point Road, #3960, from the Camp Kirby entrance approximately 300 feet south of Marshall Road northerly to the end of the road approximately 1,265 feet north of Marshall Road, all within Sections 27 and 28, Township 36 North, Range 2 East, W.M. (Ord. 12657, 1990)
(e) Old 99 North, #5051: From M.P. 8.24 running North 100 ft. to M.P. 8.25, East side of road, “No Parking Anytime.”
(f) Bayview Edison Road, (No. 3121): From M.P. 0.00 to M.P. 0.80 “Emergency Parking Only”; and from M.P. 0.80 to M.P. 1.00 “No Parking Anytime.” (Ord. 15292, 1994)
(g) Lake Sixteen Road, (No. 8479): Beginning at M.P. 0.30 and ending at M.P. 0.53 on the south side of the road (Near entrance to State Fishing Access) “No Parking Anytime.” (Ord. 15308, 1994)
(h) Fir Island Road, Mile Post 4.76 to Mile Post 4.86, “No Parking” on shoulder except commercial loading only, in front of Snow Goose Produce. (Ord. 15544, 1994)
(i) March’s Point Road #16610 beginning at Mile Post 0.045 and ending at Mile Post 0.212, “No Parking Anytime.” (Ord. 16782 (part), 1997)
(j) South March’s Point Road #14660, from Mile Post 2.195, to Mile Post 2.420, “No Parking Anytime.” (Ord. 16782 (part), 1997)
(k) Cook Road #63000 beginning at Mile Post 5.34 and ending at Mile Post 5.5, “No Parking Anytime,” both sides of road. (Ord. 16829, 1998)
(l) Cedardale Road #70550, beginning at Mile Post 0.510 and ending at Mile Post 0.625, on the west side of the roadway, “No Parking Anytime.” (Ord. 17797, 2000)

10.08.020 Violation—Penalty.
Any person who shall violate an established `no parking’ area shall be guilty of a civil violation punishable by a fine of up to one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 7243, 1977; 46 CJ 292)
