PEDESTRIAN FACILITIES, CURBS, SIDEWALKS

It is unlawful to intentionally drive any motorized vehicle on or across any curb, sidewalk or public pathway except at authorized crossings or as authorized by special use permit from the board of county commissioners or their designated appointee. (Ord. 1982-02 (part))
