SEWER CONSTRUCTION FUND

3.24.010 Created.
A fund known as the sewer construction fund is established in the office of the clerk-treasurer. (Ord. 342 § 1, 1965).
3.24.020 Purpose.
The purpose of the fund is to receive moneys from federal grants and loans, proceeds from LID bonds and revenue bonds and from any other sources for the purpose of planning and constructing a sewage system for the city and to pay therefrom all costs and expenses which may be incurred for the planning and construction of the sewage system and the operation of the fund.
