18.01.010 Development application.
“Development application” shall mean any land use or environmental permit, license or action applied for and regulated by SLMC Titles 14 through 17, including but not limited to building permits, subdivisions, binding site plans, planned development district overlays, rezones, manufactured home parks, home occupations or conditional use permits. (Ord. 1079 § 1, 2008).
18.01.020 Development code.
“Development code” shall mean SLMC Titles 14 through 17. (Ord. 1079 § 1, 2008).
