USE AND REGULATIONS

12.15.030 Violation – Penalty.
12.15.010 Definitions.
A. “Benches” means those benches dedicated to various individuals which have been placed throughout the city.
B. “Other dedicated memorial offerings” means any item and/or items dedicated to individuals and placed throughout the city. (Ord. 1116 § 1, 1986).
12.15.020 Unlawful acts.
It is unlawful for any person to willfully or maliciously remove, damage, deface or destroy any dedicated memorial item within the city, on any property or property right of the city or of any other person wherever situated. (Ord. 1116 § 2, 1986).
12.15.030 Violation – Penalty.
A. Any act which violates any portion of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor.
B. Any person, firm or corporation adjudged guilty of a misdemeanor under this chapter shall be punished by a minimum of $300.00 per item fine.
C. Parents of any juvenile, under 18 years of age, found guilty of a misdemeanor under this chapter shall be responsible for the minimum fine of $300.00 per item. (Ord. 1116 § 3, 1986).
