8.10.080 Vehicles resembling police or fire vehicles.

Any person who operates a motor vehicle painted and exhibiting decals, numbers, name or insignia that simulate a City or county law enforcement or fire department vehicle, or official City vehicle, without prior written authorization from the police chief, fire chief, city manager, Spokane County sheriff’s department, or their designees, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
