SEVERABILITY

17.70.010 Severability.
The sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses, and phrases of SVMC Titles 17 through 24 are severable, and if any phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, or section of SVMC Titles 17 through 24 shall be declared unconstitutional, such unconstitutionality or invalidity shall not affect any of the remaining phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs, or sections of the SVMC to the extent permitted by law.
