STORMWATER UTILITY FUND

There is hereby created a stormwater utility fund which shall be used for the purpose of funding operations of the stormwater utility. (Ord. 971-07)
3.43.020 Funding sources.
The funding source shall be monthly user fees collected from residential and commercial customers. (Ord. 971-07)
3.43.030 Expenditures.
Expenditures from the fund shall be made as appropriated and authorized in the city’s annual operating budget. (Ord. 971-07)
