FURNISHING LIQUOR TO MINORS

8.57.010 Title.
This chapter shall be known as the furnishing liquor to minors act and covers supplying, possession, and use of liquor and exceptions and penalties. (Ord. 1126 § 1, 1994)
8.57.015 Adoption by reference.
The city of Sumas adopts, by reference, the following listed statutes of the state of Washington, as presently constituted or hereinafter amended, which are adopted as part of this code by reference. The statutes adopted by reference under this section are as follows:

8.57.060 Violation—Penalty.
Every person guilty of a violation of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable, on conviction, to a penalty of not more than one thousand dollars, or to imprisonment for not more than ninety days, or both. (Ord. 1126 § 8, 1994)
