PARKING ON CERTAIN STREETS

9.12.010 Parking on Cherry Street—West side.
The parking of automobiles and other vehicles on the west side of Cherry Street between Boundary Street and the alley in Block 15, supplemental plat of Barkerville in the city of Sumas, is hereby prohibited on Saturdays and Sundays, all legal holidays of the state of Washington and the province of British Columbia, during round-up days in the city, and when no parking signs are exhibited in the center of the street or on the sidewalk next to the prohibited parking area. 9.12.020 Parking on Cherry Street—East side.
All parking of automobiles, motor vehicles and other vehicles on that portion of Cherry Street as described in this section is prohibited, and shall be subject to enforcement and penalty in accordance with RCW 46.48.270 and other statutes of the Revised Code of the state regulating and enforcing parking as may be adopted by the city. The portion of Cherry Street for which this section prohibits parking shall apply being described as follows:
A thirty-foot by eight-foot strip of land the northeast corner of which is located at the intersection of the south boundary of Columbia Street and the east fogline of Cherry Street, which point is the point of beginning; thence south along said east fogline thirty feet; thence east at right angles eight feet; thence north parallel to said east fogline thirty feet, to a point on the south boundary of Columbia Street; thence west eight feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
