VIOLATIONS

20.106.010 Penalties.
Any person, firm or corporation or association violating any of the provisions of this division is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the city jail for a period not exceeding thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each person, as principal, agent or otherwise, is guilty of a separate offense for each day during any portion comply with any provision of this division is committed, continued or permitted by such person.
