2.08.010 Offices combined.

The office of city clerk has been combined with the office of city treasurer pursuant to Ordinance No. 78 adopted in 1946. The holder of this office shall, pursuant to RCW 35A.21.030, perform all duties of his or her office that are imposed by city ordinance or state law on officers in every other class of city who occupy a like position and perform like functions, including but not limited to managing the city’s investment portfolios.
