BONDING – CLERK-TREASURER, MARSHAL AND POLICE JUDGE

The official bond of the clerk-treasurer and deputy clerk-treasurer of the city shall be the sum of $5,000 each. (Ord. 318 § 1, 1981; Ord. 102 § 1, 1953).
2.28.020 Marshal.
The official bond of the marshal of the city shall be the sum of $1,000. (Ord. 102 § 2, 1953).
2.28.030 Police judge.
The official bond of the police judge of the city shall be the sum of $1,000. (Ord. 102 § 3, 1953).
2.28.040 Compliance.
All such bonds shall be in form complying with the statutes of the state thereunto pertaining. (Ord. 102 § 4, 1953).
